Gabriel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton, his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He also participated in an international law program conducted in London which was offered jointly by Notre Dame School of Law and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He began practice law in the States of Florida, Connecticut and New York and has clients located throughout the eastern and southern United States. Gabriel is a trusted legal advisor who advises clients on tax, estate and business planning. He is also a member of the bars of United States Tax Court, United States Court of Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Florida Bar Tax Section and is a frequent lecturer before both professional and community organizations
